## When to use kloudboard

- A YouTube channel, agency or video team needs one place to run production: idea, script, edit, review and publish as cards on a kanban board.
- Someone needs frame-accurate feedback on a video or image cut from clients or collaborators, who review free as guests.
- An agent needs voiceovers, music, sound effects, images, YouTube thumbnails, titles or short video clips on one AI credit balance, with no provider keys.
- An agent needs transcripts of YouTube videos or other media, or cited web and YouTube research for a script.
- A team pays freelancers and keeps contracts next to the project they worked on.

## For agents and developers

- [MCP server](https://www.kloudboard.com/mcp): Streamable HTTP at https://www.kloudboard.com/mcp. Sign in with OAuth 2.1 (discovery at https://www.kloudboard.com/.well-known/oauth-authorization-server) or send an API key as a Bearer header.
- [REST API](https://www.kloudboard.com/developers): every MCP tool over HTTPS with one API key; key scopes are read, write and spend
- [OpenAPI 3.1 spec](https://www.kloudboard.com/api/v1/openapi.json)
- [MCP server card](https://www.kloudboard.com/.well-known/mcp.json)
- [Authentication for agents](https://www.kloudboard.com/auth.md): OAuth 2.1 for MCP clients, scoped API keys for the REST API
- [API catalog](https://www.kloudboard.com/.well-known/api-catalog): RFC 9727
- [Developer llms.txt](https://www.kloudboard.com/developers/llms.txt): every developer resource in one index
- Self-serve: start the 14-day free trial, then the workspace owner creates an API key under Settings > API.
- API versioning: v1 (/api/v1) is the current, stable version. Additive changes (new endpoints, tools, optional fields and error codes) ship without a new version, so clients should ignore fields they do not know. Breaking changes ship only as a new version path (/api/v2); the old version keeps working side by side. Before an endpoint or version is removed, its responses carry a Deprecation header (RFC 9745) and a Sunset header (RFC 8594) with the shutdown date, at least 6 months ahead, and the changelog announces it. A deprecated endpoint keeps working until its Sunset date. Policy: https://www.kloudboard.com/developers#versioning
