Getting Started with kloudboard — Full Walkthrough

In this tutorial, Leo walks you through everything you need to know to get started with kloudboard — from signing up to shipping your first video with your team.

Setting up your workspace

After signing up, you'll go through a quick onboarding flow. Choose your role (creator or freelancer) and create your first project. You can always create more projects later.

Creating your board

Your board is the heart of your content pipeline. Set up columns that match your workflow — for example: Ideas, Scripting, Filming, Editing, Review, Scheduled. Drag cards between columns as work progresses.

Inviting your team

Go to Settings → Team to invite collaborators. Each member gets their own role and permissions. Freelancers can see only the projects they're assigned to.
