Do clients and freelancers need paid seats?

No. Guests are free and unlimited on every plan. Clients review, comment, and approve the work shared with them; freelancers work their assigned cards and get paid. Neither ever consumes a paid seat. Guests cannot run the workspace: only members see boards, pipelines, and settings.

What happens to my data if I stop paying?

Nothing is deleted. The workspace pauses until you reactivate: every board, card, file, comment and payout record is kept exactly as you left it, and payouts you already owe freelancers still go out. To open the workspace again, restart your plan - reactivating takes one click and nothing is lost.

How do freelancer payouts work?

kloudboard lets you pay freelancers directly from the board via PayPal, Payoneer, Wise, Venmo, Cash App, Zelle, Revolut, or crypto, with payouts linked to the cards they completed. kloudboard never adds a platform fee to your payouts; the payment rail's own processing cost is shown before you confirm.
