Are kloudboard e-signatures legally binding?

Yes. Contracts signed in kloudboard capture a legally binding e-signature, and the signed copy is stored against the freelancer for your records.

How are invoices generated?

When a payout is triggered, kloudboard automatically generates a matching invoice from the payout details — so your invoicing always lines up with what you actually paid.

Can I reuse contract templates?

Yes. Save your standard agreements as templates and send them to new freelancers in a few clicks instead of rewriting them every time.

Where are signed contracts stored?

Signed contracts are stored in your workspace against each freelancer, alongside their invoices, giving you a centralized, searchable document history.

From signature to payment, in one place

Streamline freelancer onboarding with in-app contract signing. When a payout is triggered, kloudboard auto-generates the invoice — no spreadsheet gymnastics required.
