How to Set Up Your Payout Method in kloudboard

If your workspace uses kloudboard's built-in payouts, you'll need to connect your payout method once. After that, payments arrive automatically whenever the owner approves one.

Open account settings

Click your avatar in the bottom-left corner, then Account Settings. Find the Payout Method section.

Connect your payout method

Click Set Up Payout Method and connect your preferred option:

• Bank transfer — US and international
• PayPal
• Venmo — US only
• International wire

Your payment method is private. The workspace owner doesn't see or configure it.

You may be asked for quick identity verification depending on your country. One-time step, takes under a minute.

Receiving payments

When the owner approves a payout, you get an email with the amount and a PDF invoice. Funds arrive via your chosen method — PayPal and Venmo are usually instant, bank transfers take 1–3 business days.

The workspace owner covers the payout fee. You receive the full amount.

Payment history

View all received payments in Account Settings → Payment History. Each entry shows the amount, date, project, and a downloadable invoice.

You can change your payout method anytime from the same page.
